Kismat Dekho sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically.

How you receive your report

• Right after payment you are taken to your thank-you page, where you can read your report online and download it as a PDF.
• We also send the PDF to the WhatsApp number you gave us, usually within a few minutes.
• Your report is usually ready immediately. Occasionally it takes up to 2 minutes; the page updates on its own.
• You can open your report again any time from your personal reading link.

If you do not receive it

If your report has not arrived within 30 minutes of payment, email support@kismatdekho.com with your WhatsApp number or Razorpay payment ID and we will send it to you or refund you.
