Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your Complete Palm Reading Report. If you are not happy with it, we will refund you.

Refunds

• Email support@kismatdekho.com within 7 days of your purchase with your WhatsApp number or Razorpay payment ID, and tell us briefly why.
• We refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method. No forms, no arguments.
• Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If something went wrong

If you were charged but did not receive your report, or were charged twice, email us and we will deliver your report or refund the extra payment straight away.

Cancellations

Your report is a digital product delivered instantly after payment, so there is nothing to cancel once it is delivered. You can still ask for a refund under the policy above.
