Maurson ("we") runs kismatdekho.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your first name, gender, date of birth and answers to our questions.
• A photo of your palm.
• Your WhatsApp number, when you accepted our Terms, and whether you have opted out of offers.
• Payment status and order details from Razorpay (never your card, UPI or bank details).
• Basic technical and advertising data, such as the ad or link that brought you to us.

Why we use it

• To prepare your free reading and, if you buy it, your full report.
• To send your report PDF to your WhatsApp number after you buy it, and to reply if you message us there.
• To send product related updates and offers on WhatsApp, as our Terms describe, until you reply STOP.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax requirements.
• To understand which ads work, so we can improve the Service.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service:

• Anthropic (Claude), which analyses your palm photo and answers to write your reading.
• Razorpay, which processes payments.
• Meta's WhatsApp Business service, which delivers your report PDF to your WhatsApp number.
• Our hosting and storage providers.
• Meta, to measure and improve our ads: the Meta Pixel sets cookies on our site, and we share your WhatsApp number and first name in hashed (scrambled) form, never your palm photo, answers or reading.

How long we keep it

Your palm photo and report PDF are deleted 30 days after your reading. Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

How to delete your data

Email support@kismatdekho.com with the WhatsApp number you used, and ask us to delete your data. We delete your palm photo, reading, report and WhatsApp number within 30 days and confirm by email. Order records the law requires us to keep are kept only for that purpose.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Write to our Grievance Officer, Varsha Singh, at support@kismatdekho.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Your photo and reading are stored privately and are reachable only through your personal reading link. Please do not share that link if you want your reading to stay private.

Children

The Service is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian.
