Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of kismatdekho.com (the "Service"), operated by Maurson, E/303, Hariom Park, B Cabin Road, Ambernath, Thane, Maharashtra, India - 421501 ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

What we offer

Kismat Dekho gives you a free palm reading based on a photo of your palm and your answers to a few questions, and offers a paid, personalised Complete Palm Reading Report as a PDF for ₹249 (inclusive of applicable taxes). We may sometimes offer the report at a lower price for a limited time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

For entertainment and self-reflection

Palmistry is a traditional practice, not a science. Our readings describe tendencies and possibilities, not certainties, and are meant for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or career advice. Please do not make important decisions based only on a reading, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

How readings are made

Your readings are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence, guided by classical Indian and Western palmistry. Each reading is generated for your photo and answers, so no two are the same.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with a parent or guardian's permission.
• Only upload a photo of your own palm, or one you have permission to use.
• Give accurate information, including a WhatsApp number that belongs to you.
• Do not misuse the Service, copy it, or try to access other people's readings.

Messages on WhatsApp

By accepting these terms, you agree that we may send messages to the WhatsApp number you give us: your reading, your report, and product related updates and offers (for example, a discount on your report), until you opt out. To opt out, reply STOP to any of our messages or email support@kismatdekho.com. After you opt out we will only message you about a report you have bought.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your report is delivered instantly after payment, as described in our Delivery Policy. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your report

Your report is for your personal use. You may share it with friends and family, but you may not resell it or publish it commercially. The design, text templates and brand of Kismat Dekho remain ours.

Liability

We provide the Service "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report concerned.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Thane, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
